First, learn to manage time.

Then, learn to manage space.

Then, learn to manage resources, including moving those resources through time and space.

That is as simple as I can make it. I understand it’s not very clear, but that’s what production work is like. It can be clear or simple but not both.

What do you most need help with? Time, space, resources, or something else?

My current issue is resource management. Specifically, creativity & enthusiasm through time. How to sustain energy to project completion? Essentially, how do I finish before burning out?

I think I am close to codifying an answer to this question. Once codified, I will be done… that part.

It’s never ending. That’s another answer to the original question — get good at dealing with nonstop problems. Find enjoyment in looking for solutions and solving problems. Learn from mistakes, celebrate wins, and all those actions that mean nothing until you are in the thick of it.
